Terms and Conditions / FAQ's

- Do you accept returns/exchanges?
I do not accept returns or exchanges, so please review your order before you complete your purchase. If there are any issues with your order, please let me know as soon as possible and I can address and problems. I will respond within 24 hours.
- Worried about a missing, lost, stolen or damaged package?
Buy package insurance! This will cover up to $100. Once I drop off the package at the post office, it is all in the hands of USPS. From that point, I only know as much as you do with the provided tracking number. So before contacting me, please contact USPS, and then me so I can further assist you. If you have not yet received your package, open a missing package case with USPS. I highly recommend purchasing insurance. That way your package will be insured if anything happens after the package is out of my hands and being taken care of by the post office.
- Domestic Shipping:
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS first class shipping and have a tracking number. I ship orders once a week on Friday afternoons. Shipping prices are calculated during check-out, and are based on quantity purchased and your location within the United States. I highly recommend purchasing insurance for $1. That way your package will be insured if anything happens after the package is out of my hands and being taken care of by the post office.
- International Shipping:
I ship orders world wide, via USPS First Class Shipping. Please remember, it can take 2 weeks to 2 months to receive a package, due to customs and import delays.
- Pin Grading:
I sell my pins in three grades, Standard, B, and Seconds. Below is a description on how I grade them:
Standard Grade: This is the highest quality pin offered. Some may still be susceptible to tiny imperfections that are hard to see unless really looking for them. These pins are near perfect. Minor imperfections include: feint scuffs on enamel/metal, slight lower fills in small areas, tiny pores in enamel.
B Grade: This is a step down from Standard Grade. These pins will all contain a small flaw. These pins are great to wear out on clothing/bags if you wont mind them getting banged up. These pins are also perfect for those collecting on a budget! These pins are sold cheaper due to the imperfections. Imperfections include: oxidization, noticeable scuffs on enamel/metal, unfilled areas, low fills in minor/average areas, wiggly posts, very few glitter flecks where they shouldntt be.
Seconds Grade: This is the lowest grade, due to the fact they are very flawed. These pins are sold at half the price of a Standard Grade, and maybe even further discounted depending on how damaged the pin is. These imperfections are very visible. Imperfections include: noticeable areas that are over/under filled, plating issues, heavy oxidization, heavy scuffing, loose posts, large amount of glitter flecks where they shouldn't be.
